Document Controller Executive

• Responsible for Document and Data Control Activities.
• Receiving incoming/outgoing documents and distributing to there late departments

and feeding in database.

• Track status of issued and outstanding Documentation.
• Preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports and send it to concern Dept. for their review.
• Processed incoming and outgoing vendor data, including scanning and numbering of

Documentation as per Client specification.

• Management of the Document control distribution function
• Establish and maintain a filing system for all the documents.
• Documents and Drawing received are properly controlled and maintained within

master records.

• Filling of documents & Making Table of content as per the Vendor Documentation

procedure.

• Compilation and archiving of the Documentation.
• Scanning and plotting of Documentation.
• Handling of Property Original Documents.
• Handling of Engineering, Design and Vendor Documents /Drawing.
• Control all incoming and outgoing Drawing
• Keep a track of all movements of documents and their relationship with

relevant activities.

Preferred candidate profile

The preference will be given to the candidate who have worked with NBFC or Construction industry
