For Administrative personal very much pressure of work. You will have to work like a donkey without any appreciation. Except admin department all departments working culture is very good. Best facilities are being provided. You will get a lot of things to learn.

Dislikes

Site RCM is all in all, they can take any disigen. If you want a long career there then you will have to work like slave of RCM.
