Work culture is not good and permanent WFO

When I had joined the senior's was very supportive and helpful. The culture and work athi s was very good.

Everything....after the senior's starting leaving the organisation the other employees started ruling on the new employees...few managers are pathetic. Even if you are admitted in the hospital they want the work to be done on time. No one will help you. Specially there is NO JOB SECURITY.
