It’s a good company for those who are not having any social life and want to earn money there is no job security no culture rules are changing every 4-5 day or any time so I will not be referring any one for working with TOPPR TECHNOLOGIES

I was a Team Manager handeling a team of Academic councillor with assistant team couch I was taking care of the Morning calling sprint from tele callers guving leads for calling and fixing appointments with the parents for council home council monitoring

This word "Support" doesn't exist for Toppr.com as a company. They can leave any employee just like that and its been there in since their existence. They don't treat their employees human even forget about supporting them.

Directionless poor management, completely unethical people, Politics , The part of HR is just to laid people off only.

While working with toppr technologies we fell proud that we will helping the students to do better performance in their studies.

Dislikes

We can't expect work life balance while working with toppr .. there is no out time and seniors people's are mostly arrogant and managers are not motivating the employees they pressuraised every time that thing I don't like about topper.
