one of the worst experiences i have ever had. their management is the worst i have ever seen. i wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. my manager used to literally blackmail me. gave me half my salary in my first month despite doing everything that the job description required me to do.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
