I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

No one want to join this company. Job timing are very poor they want you to go late from office and reach next day sharp at 9 daily if get late you will be marked half day. They will tell you that they have opportunity and can help in skill development but all is false statement. Promotion happen one in year if senior want then onlyand work pressure is very much. Working with Japanese client was good

Dislikes

Lack of work life balance and poor management skills. There are not concerned about employees benefit and focus more on their profits. Deduction of salary at various point. There were no flexibility in working hours. One have to work late in evening and report at 9 in morning without fail.
