I had a worst experience in TMF, I have worked there only for few months. It's so toxic that I couldn't continue. They will make their employees to work overnight and overtime.. i even worked for 20 Hours continuosly atleast if it was wfh tho fine but they made me to work from office that day. And I have experienced micro management. Company wise it is very good and benefits aswell but whatever experience im sharing i have experienced it from ground level management. HR team & higher level management seems good but the team I have worked is soooo toxic. They made me work like a slave. No proper job training for joiners. Too much of politics within the manager for which they use the employees as a football and no respect for your work or contributions. At the time of appraisal the managers will have all the drawbacks and reasons for low rating but not other times.No worklife balance or proper compensation and no proper facility provided for women employees when working late.
