There is nothing to like working in TMEIC Tumkur. My biggest mistake in life is joining here. Engineers are treated like prisoner here. Free foods are given with free cockroach and flies in food. Very less increment or no increment at all. Seniors and managers have 0% technical skills and they are earning more than 12 lpa CTC. We engineers work so hard but our salary is not up to the market and even less than a ITI operator....Read More

Good place to work on traditional HVAC Induction motor, Work culture is average based on the teams, technical support from Japan is very good can build good career.

As said for all confirmation Japan team is required can't take individual actions for company it's great, but for employee it's little harsh can't be innovative. Depending on team it's very worst culture and pressure( especially mechanical design). Hikes are good but promotion is very difficult once in 4yrs, Can stay upto 2-3yrs but staying for long period depends on you.
