The higher managers dont have guts to ask him anything that why he thinks like he is owner of the company but he don't have any knowledge except attending the meating. Another personS CHARAN became manager by holding bucket to managers and complaining about all. He dont have minimum respect in the company. And he dont have work knowledge and general knowledge also.
