There is a bit of role ambiguity. You are asked to do a lot of things irrespective of the job description.

As employee I got to learn a lot of different dynamics to PR and Marketing and the way business works in India. It was a good learning experience and helpful team of seniors and top management

The focus on performance and growth is commendable. Efforts are recognised and appraisals are given annually. There is good flexibility of work as it is a remote working organisation for 75% of the teaM

Do not work for this company. This is the most unprofessional company. They lie to their clients, do not deliver and when client says you haven’t delivered they put the blame back on client rather than improving their service. No senior is assigned on projects. In name of PR they just mass mail to everyone.

There is absolutely not one single thing to like about this joke of a company.

Terrible superiors that will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat instead of teaching and guiding you. They will cut your already horribly low salary if they think you have not performed your work satisfactorily. They provide barely any holidays and even that they will cut if you take a sick leave without informing a day in advance, does that even make any sense? Do people plan and fall sick? If you do not reply to their emails and texts promptly they will keep calling you on the phone and then shout at you if you don't pick up the call immediately, so forget about lunch and going to the bathroom. Please, no matter how desperate you are for work, please do not join this company. There is nothing to be gained from working here.
