The office receptionist often takes on multiple roles, including being a BBC new reporter for spreading rumors about office employees, DJ, and sometimes even handling HR task, because HR personnel like Rajkumar, Lack a fundamental understanding of HR job profile and tasks. There are many reasons for dissatisfaction, 1. The DGM HR acts as if he is the boss or king of the entire organization, which is very off-putting. 2. The Purchase manager is corrupt; he demands a personal share from every purchase order and doesn't introduce any new vendors. His attitude led to the company firing one seniors employee and another quitting. He believes he knows everything and that the entire organization runs because of him.
