Mostly store are franchise basis. Work pressure is very high.There is no off day beside week off.There is no tele-caller we all are receive customer's call.

I am an optometrist, so I do eye test for every customer.Beside this I have check Quality of products .Power accuracy of the lens. If there is any mis-match I can reject it.I try to make the customer to give a brief knowledge about the product.
