There is so much of partiality between staff The worst area manager Anuj dubey Full of ego and too much partiality he will promote and the person he like not the one deserving No transpancy between staff and management They need 3 months to calculate simple incentive still after 3 months of calculation they gave wrong incentives Worst working culture If customer not comfortable so they will deduct you salary If any shoplifting they will deduct the whole amount from salary If your late then salary deduction If you do any mistakes you will face deduction from salary The higher management the GM dosent know how to talk to the employee she keeps body shaming and talks nonsense all the time If you face any trouble jst call area manager he will answer I don't know anything I will ask and tell being area manager he does not know anything or don't have any update...Read More
