Titan need to think customers point of view when comes to complaint(insurance) We are facing many complaints due to Frames quality not good especially sunglasses . Also when cx trying to wear itself sunglasses getting broken.

I work under franchise payroll at Titan Eyeplus. There is no work no pay culture, 11 hours duty time, no increment on time. Some times week off get cancelled.

No growth. Am in the same position since last 7 years. No other companies (contact lens or Spectacle lens) brand doesn't recruit us as having bond with Titan. Hence the same place. No weekly off on weekends (I guess most of the retail function in the same way). Mainly family like gets compromised a bit
