I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Security is good. Tata takes care of their employees. Mediclaim.to other facilities are given

No growth. Am in the same position since last 7 years. No other companies (contact lens or Spectacle lens) brand doesn't recruit us as having bond with Titan. Hence the same place. No weekly off on weekends (I guess most of the retail function in the same way). Mainly family like gets compromised a bit
