Everything. To start with, it’s not safe for anyone to work in Titagarh specially for women employees. There is no work culture, any random person with no knowledge and no right attitude are hired at big positions and getting fat salaries just to destroy their subordinates and the company. Even the HR are useless, any expectation of help in your concerns will never be met.

This is the worst company ever i have seen. There was very bad management at Titagarh rail system. THE CFO is all in one and he never wanted to join talanted people in that orgrnazation only beause his (CFO)position will lost ,
