Start time 8.30am but no leave time. Many of time I am continue 2 days or 3 days work for production. No production rules.

Everything. To start with, it’s not safe for anyone to work in Titagarh specially for women employees. There is no work culture, any random person with no knowledge and no right attitude are hired at big positions and getting fat salaries just to destroy their subordinates and the company. Even the HR are useless, any expectation of help in your concerns will never be met.
