Everything. To start with, it’s not safe for anyone to work in Titagarh specially for women employees. There is no work culture, any random person with no knowledge and no right attitude are hired at big positions and getting fat salaries just to destroy their subordinates and the company. Even the HR are useless, any expectation of help in your concerns will never be met.

HR is irresponsible, they keep people on hold. The work culture is just like a Government office, after lunch people are sleepy the operation in the office slows down. Very Bad experience They think only they have time and other people have no value. Useless and disgusting Management policies.
