Nothing, it is the worst company ever, please please do not join this company. The management people specially the GM HR Mr. Achintya Paul is utterly rude and frustrated person. Hr treats the other hr team members and other people across the organisation like animals. He is very wery disrespectful to anyone around him And the management doesn't nothing even after knowing everything. Joining Titagarh means ruining your career and destroying your mental health....Read More

Dislikes

The canteen food is very very very poor, you will find soap bars and concrete in the rice. The HR department is utterly rude and of no work. The management's mission is just to make people work for extra hours and they think only working post office hours makes you an efficient employee.

Everything. To start with, it’s not safe for anyone to work in Titagarh specially for women employees. There is no work culture, any random person with no knowledge and no right attitude are hired at big positions and getting fat salaries just to destroy their subordinates and the company. Even the HR are useless, any expectation of help in your concerns will never be met.
