Extremely unprofessional starting from the top most management (promoter) & his 3-4 cronies who have become well-placed furnitures of Titagarh Wagons. The promoter/ CEO seems to suffer from deep trust deficiency, considers himself champion of all functions and believes in micromanagement. The word ‘Planning’ doesn’t exist here. Everything runs on promoter/CEO’s whims & fancies. Management informs employees of any & every requirement at 11th hour and put the ball on employees’ court by burdening them with impractical delivery responsibilities and subsequently blame and make them scapegoat for failure. Zero respect for employees. Irrespective of experience/ seniority, employees are humiliated in front of everyone by the promoter/ CEO and his furniture cronies. No job security. Employees are fired based on the whims of the promoter and his cronies. Attrition rate is high. No good resource stays here beyond an year. Almost everyday employees are resigning. The management is terrible , people force you to stay in the organisation even after time, management believe that making people work after time makes them efficient.

Nothing at all, if I could give rating in minus I would choose that.

Everything. To start with, it’s not safe for anyone to work in Titagarh specially for women employees. There is no work culture, any random person with no knowledge and no right attitude are hired at big positions and getting fat salaries just to destroy their subordinates and the company. Even the HR are useless, any expectation of help in your concerns will never be met.
