Challenges especially in new properties at new destinations. Possibly to grow and to move on. Give more freehand to achieve company targets.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Some delay in some areas where it needs clear decisions. Requirements of staff nationality mix for better challenges...knowledge and self motivation. More communication skills.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
