Nothing there to like about the company. Only colleagues are nice.

Dislikes

Highly Partial behavior. People of January cycle are generally getting better and better hikes and people of july cycle are lucky if they get 3% hike. For most of the projects calls continue till 1130 at night regularly. No work life balance at all.

There are many people doing wfh since pandemic happened and no one cares other than sending emails sometimes. But if someone has a genuine problem and informs authority about it, they try to impose strict restrictions on that person only. This is completely unfair and for the same reason, good talents are looking for alternate options and leaving the org.

The compensation was great.

Dislikes

Most of the things apart from compensation were pathetic. 1.) Learning curve was flat, I didn't learn thing here. The onboarding process for the project was pretty much non existent. The project I was a part of was a maintenance project so nothing to learn. 2.) The team I was a part off had some serious internal politics something Ihave not experienced till date, stealing credits, sidelining you from project discussion are some of the things I have observed. 3.) For contractor employee they won't be permanent employee even though if the contact employee performance well.

It has a very robust system for providing feedback and implementing it. This benefits employees as grievances and problems are resolved very quickly. The hybrid mode of work also promotes work life balance
