Company values old employees and give them oppurtunity to prove themselves.Here degree is not important but your work is superior .How u deal with clients , how many clients u can add will get u long way.

Too much politics in the company by top level management.Top level only want thier control on the company therefore they only hire thier preferred staff . One person name Narender sir has recruited a Field officer by taking a bribe of almost 1 lac to give him his desired location so that the Field officer can loot money from innocent security guards who are merely getting 13.5k after esi pf.Field officer take bribe of 1k every month from every security guards else they get harrassed by shifting thier post from one atm to another....Read More

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
