I like the fact that my reporting officers are very supportive and available. They understand the problems that I have had on few occasions and have granted me the same.

The only thing I dislike is that I joined the company as a telecaller, but within two months I was promoted as a field officer but without any alterations in my payment. I had several conversations with my operation manager and he assured me that the increment will be approved soon and that he is taking the necessary steps for the same.
