If you are doing honest working in tidal you can earn lots of insensitive, the insensitive criteria is very Easy and good. Tidal always gives innovative products, unique combinations. Work culture is very good and familiar.

The daily allowns is very less as compared to other big pharma Companies

I'm medical representative in tidal, I have to do daily Drs call and chemist visit, I have to archive my monthly sales targets

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
