Resources provided on demand to complete assignment. However there was always delayed due incompetent managers. I found that there are many subject matter expert in company but their skills are not used to full capacity.

Dislikes

The company is run by HR department instead of management group. Other departments are not even exist for them to take any decision. They bend company policies as they want and some of the policies not even exist on paper. HRs ego is important to company instead of companies growth.

UHDE brand associated with Company and good extra benefits but unfortunately not the good company to work. Good may be for the Process Engineers. Strongly not recommended for Others.

1) MNC company but will feel like working in isolation and like local consultant. 2) Very Bad Politics played by the old employees and reporting Managers. 3) Lack of Reporting Managers skill, Lazy Peoples and too much dependent on subcontractor for engineering work. 4) No Supports for t he new joinees and due to bad politics, try to raise issues and lot of intereference in the work with no directions. 5) Company is too much dependent on the Indian Projects. 6) Truly doing Traditional Engineering with no updation with latest technology. 7) Old Employees working like in Government Company.
