Work culture is poor. The CHRO is extremely rude, arrogant, partial towards her own favourites, do not have all the skill sets to be a CHRO. The MD is a puppet in the hands of CHRO.

Resources provided on demand to complete assignment. However there was always delayed due incompetent managers. I found that there are many subject matter expert in company but their skills are not used to full capacity.

Dislikes

The company is run by HR department instead of management group. Other departments are not even exist for them to take any decision. They bend company policies as they want and some of the policies not even exist on paper. HRs ego is important to company instead of companies growth.
