We live "engineering, tomorrow, together" is the best concept and it inspires us being a good professional as well as a good human being in achieving a better output in all spheres of my life. I felt very safe working with Thyssenkrupp with a good working environment, supportive staff, positive management policies which made my work life very comfortable even in challenging scenarios.

Work Details

As I was in the Safety Department, our main aim was to maintain Zero Accident Zone. Usually maintaining HSE activities of Contractors, implementing HSE plan, assessing the RISK for each Job activity and Auditing and maintaining HSE Records.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
