TR is best place to work with regards to the company standards and the benefits they offer.
When it comes to promotion and hike, my experience is way too bad coz I don't think I was recognised based on my work. More politics were played. And the new TL who came from other company really spoiled the reputation of the TR. That is the only reason I left the company.
