No employee friendly HR policies. Main focus is only on business without considering the challenges and market conditions being faced by the sales staff. A manager is loaded with individual sale target and that too more than the team's target, instead of handling the team target.

Job security is not there ,1200 ppl sacked during May month , Totally disappointing,Management plays major role in this pandemic, ppl who are good performers and top position ppl sacked, and not given reason for removing also , they have not paid 3 months salary..

Good experience with customers

Dislikes

Only disappointing thing was that, reporting managers did not cooperate at all. They were not trying to get business and I was asked to go due to change in structure. Only helpful department was the HR department. Reporting managers didn’t bother to clear my dues ASAP as requested and badly needed. Never answered my mails.
