The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles in different team.

They are not too speak good, HR department and his management is third class, about company policies please if the company will hire you on third party please don't joined they can't give a securities about job in future

there is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not good and carrier growth is very slow. there is a bond where is mentioned company cant be fired without any issue and this is fake. they will be fired without any clarification and notice as per rule.
