Thomas Cook is an excellent company to work with , its a process oriented company and everyone is very approachable and supportive at work. As far as travel industry is concerned it is one of the best company to work with.

Salary increment is very low and does not offer good package so anybody who want good package should not join this company Also technology is also very old. If you want to learn new technologies or want to work on new technologies then this is not the place for you.

Work culture is good. There is a lot of respect among seniors and juniors. Work life balance is as good as which manager you get.

Dislikes

There is a strict hierarchy followed. How much you do well in work, your career growth depends only on your experience. There is lack of absorption of new things or ideas by the higher management which makes difficult for company to grow. There is no room for new ideas in this company, they like to follow old tried and tested ways only.

The work is quite mundane. After I was hired, the company seemed lost on how would they utilize me or what to do. There has been very little scope for learning which has been quite frustrating. Most days pass by just sitting on desk and doing nothing.

Its difficult for the new comers Middle managment gets attracted towards unneccessary politics So, moving towards a common goal is too critical for a team since difficult to share common minimum agenda & goal for team
