Too much of work pressure, one employee is expected to work for the two people Job. booking and invoice is done by one single person. New employees are not given proper knowledge of the work that needs to be done and the they expect it to be done professionally, There is no proper week off given they make they employees work even on their off days they call us up any time of the day and make us work And if any cases of invoice pendency is there, they threaten us by giving CLP They avoid hiring is new stuff During the time of interview taking by the HR, we were informed that we will only have to do the booking after joining here. After two months. I was informed that I will also have to do invoices which is basically work of a finance department. I am not a student from a finance background, but still was expected to do invoices which I did. No proper knowledge was also provided here of these invoices....Read More

I joined on 26th August 2019 in CSE department DN road office and it was a good experience working there ,managers were always supportive . There was so much i wanted to learn but my time in the company was short and i was asked to resign . Hope i can work with the company in future as well once things are back to normal.

Dislikes

The only thing i didnt like about thomas cook is that in a time like this the company asked the ones who were freshers to resign. Second thing which i never liked when i was in the company was that people who were there before us for 5-6yrs and so on (seniors) were always preferred in every situation . Since we are all adults and working in an organisation there shouldn't be "seniors or juniors" . Its true the growth in the company is slow and salary is not as expected....Read More

The work life is interesting and as i love doing visas i got to learnt alot of visa about long many destinations which i was totally unaware in my previous company.
