Ratan Kumar, the namesake owner. No vision - his only tactic to retain clients is by being subservient and sucking up to them, putting the rest of his team in jeopardy. No sense of accountability towards his employees, he fires impulsively and the median tenure at this agency wouldn't be more than a few months for anyone.
