Bit a harsh work life balance as projects are running on urgency. Management is good if you are polite with your work.

Poor Work life balance. Management politics, you will always need god father for your career growth in Thermax your hard work and talent is second thing which is considered first will be your reference person. Low salary for third party workers.

Better place to work and get trained in your initial career stages. After fair years of experience in Thermax you will get lot more good apportunities.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
