Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisals are here and they give good salary hike bonus every year and settlements on time.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. One of the best company I ever worked since 15 years, Working environment is simply superb, superiors are very kind nature, Supportive. And more over company is providing full support to employees.
