Saying about themis medicare, so the work culture is worst as well as the employees including upper management people. Job security is nil. They will force you anytime to write resignation letter without giving any logical issue. Their behavior is so smooth in the starting but as soon as the time pass they become rude. Your efforts don't matter for them. You work doesn't mean anything for them. They push the employees to stay their till 8pm even on Sunday and even then that doesn't matter. And after doing all these things they can give you dhamki for termination. They are hilarious, terrible and worst. The worst people I've ever worked with. System means nothing to the company. No GMP is been following there. They torture the employees infact I've seen them crying every single day. They cut the salary without any issue. Politics in the company is worst. Policies are nothing. For their own profit, they will force you to leave the company at the time. I've personally taken the experience there and trust me it is worst ever....Read More
