I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

It's a very good experience.Those days are very helpful to know operating of machines and switchgears.Mostly that experience with powerplant is very much intresting and useful to me more.

There is no any bad experience.But only thing is the job opportunities in sugar factories is very less.

Very Intresting because,the that days iam an diploma student i konw practical experience with machines,when iam coming to plant its very intresting and well experienced.
