There's not a single thing that you'll like about this organization, just like their organisational structure, their mentality is also small. Their Co-founders will go on and on about the culture they have built since it's inception in every business meet, but they lack basic leadership qualities such as empathy and critical thinking. As a reader you won't believe the firms attrition rate is higher than the industry standards, their Co-founders are unfit to run an organisation like TSS and my suggestion to them was start from the bottom level in their professional lives soo that they know what it feels like an employee at their firm....Read More

When you join them you'll feel like you've come to an place where things are certain and organized, but slowly as times move, you'll realise that as an employee you'll be put in lot of difficult challenges on the go, even though you're not designated to that job you'll pressurized to do it, and with the self motivation you'll however do it in exchange that you'll be appreciated, but they'll mock you down and criticize you that you haven't done your job well, and they'll even tell you that skills and experience you've been carrying for last 10-15 years are illogical. And lastly you'll be asked to prove your worth taking their job each and every day. When you've come out of the school carrying a certificate, you proved yourself that your fit for that job, while Interviewing for this particular role you went through some assessment and then the role was assigned to you, and after all this if you've been asked to prove your worth, then I don't think this job was enough to ruin your mental stress....Read More

When you join the organisation, they will make you feel warm welcome, fun work culture but in reality this is completely opposite. This is the worst ever organisation I've been to. Not at all supportive management, no appreciation, zero empathy, no work life balance, they want you to be available 24X7. Area manager Mr. Sameer Gaur tell his store Managers that either you make your team members life hell or else I'll make you life hell after making it. People on top management are not aware about business they just feel if you torchere your subordinates you are a good manager, Mr. Sameer Gaur (Op's Manager) wants to take credit for what you have done in front of founders, he wants you to praise him always even in front of founders to be in his good books. They give a good enough salary for freshers but that is all the positive u will hear from anyone.

Let's start from the HR then we will work our way up. The HR who are in charge are Riya and Yash, Yash is a guy who will help you alot , talking about Riya, well where do I start , for beginners she is never available on whatsapp or call . She has a business account where u wont ever get a response and if u call her good luck on getting a response. She is always out of office / vacationing ( Don't know if she even does anything at this point ). Now the TL's Amina and Velani- One only knows how to order around people and the other only knows how to complain , I'll leave it at that. Now the trainer Vaibhav is the only talented and knowledgeable person I have come across. The mentors are all the henchmen of the TL's and the people who were actually nice and helpful already left. The QA's are helpful tbh. I knew a temp HR who was my friend here and even she left as an HR due to the poor work culture here. They need to work on the work structure if they wanna run in the long term and replace the useless people they have filled. However this won't improve as the owners are way up in their head and they feel their competition is H&M , like dude Comicsense and Bewakoof are better than you . Only advice for the owners focus on your brand and improve the work culture ....Read More
