I really liked the brand and their culture but the area manager there is worst and is very unprofessional.

The upper management and leaders are very unprofessional and does not support staff for anything. Manager is never present in the store and asks the staff to do all his work. When i complaint about this to the HR they didn't responded and resolved the issue instead manager started to personally target me for everything and would started questioning on my integrity. They are looking for labours. Please i would suggest visiting on their store on Sunday and Saturday before you think to join and resign from existing orgnisation. AVP would call you after work hours. Owner don't care except profit
