Work culture is really good, you get to learn many things as one person does everything. There is no proper segregation of work. Staff is responsible for sales, audit, branch operations, customer service, it issues etc. so it's multi tasking job.

Dislikes

Salary and other monetary benefits of the bank are not good. Appraisal and yearly increment are always delayed. No communication from HR regarding the same. HR policies of the bank need to be improved. So that people will stay here for long.

I dislike a working time is fix but out time was not fix.actually 5 pm is out time but actually employee out time is 8-9 pm .

Female dominating, people pleasing and buttering to higher even some sub staffs and driver having link with chairman they are taking benifit. Buttering people staying at same place since last 15-20 year got promoted knowledge level zero. Worst place to work
