Leg pulling environment 1. They won't allow you to give career related exam. 2. Near about 12 hours duties and other duties also there besides teaching like hostel supervision. Only one or two warden are there to look after students. 3. Management used to hear some nearest dearest colleagues words and also act on its. 4. They will take very poor students and give force to you make him genius 5. After doing everything at the end of session you will get termination letter suddenly without giving any notice 6. Good school for freshers. There is lack of managerial skill on the part of top management. Average students. The Management paid full salary throughout the pandemic though a bit late. salary-wise good, accommodation is poor and it is attached with hostel and it is in twin-share basis. food provided but quality-wise average. teachersare engaged whole day. although there are sufficient breaks in between. But there is no career growth. But Jasidih, Deoghar is a good city to live in. You can expect around 30K+ in TGT/PGT level if you are capable of teaching well. All the best!...Read More

many teachers lost their job overnight without notice. No career growth. There is hardly anything to learn. The do not give family quarter.
