My work was very hectic, I needed to do underwriting, MACT third party Claims and also I needed to do accounting.

I worked in the Company as an Assistant for 23 years despite myself being a PG with Fellowship qualification. Despite being qualified, it took nearly 23 years to get my first promotion to the cadre of AO after myself clearing the competitive exam consecutively for 5 years. Career prospects are bleak. Public sector character fails to impress as in the olden days.

Employee Benefits

No recreational activities at Branch level or Division level. All activities are centered at Regional and Head Offices only which denies such recreational facilities for people working at lower offices. Quite discriminatory.
