Store are opened near , like 1 area and 3 store under 1km. Very hard stable sale in 1store. Area manager are not supportive they shouting but never motives to staff. Poor audit reporting services. Maintenance never given us by area manager they received expence but never given to us for store maintenance. Card swapping faurd “if customer pay by cash then they doing manual bill and gave to the customer and after some time it was convert in to card payment and took some persent from card holder like 2 or 3%”. If sale is not happening then pressures to staff sale of punch bill on your name. Bulk sale into mass market. Just show off on audit time while state head or India head is visit store. Not proper training given toh staff. Other things salary, incriment wise very good. But while promotion it is very difficult it you are good with your areamanager so you will be promoted otherwise your designation never change....Read More
