The fact i really love to work with USAID Team is really great and has good relationship with each other, and about trainings they allowed us all to participate its defend on what is your position or as a driver they always letting us joined when ever there is any training for all the driver's. And for the security of job sometimes its defend on your performance and evaluation of the superior or Chief of Party, and all employees are well secured its because we followed the protocol. and for the salary its very excellent or high minimum wages.
