Work culture, working environment is not good, big problem with Management employee vs union employee. Skill development and learning is zero only show off….. very difficult to work in management level, very good to work as a junior or staff level, my personal advise Demi Chef de Parti e, Chef De Partie, junior sous chef if you want to enhance your culinary experience plz don’t join this company but in hospitality industry Taj Mahal Palace hotel experience is matter so you can work 1 year is enough. Management level have many benefits but it’s hard to take it. # Tata company is very good and Hotel is also very good but problem is union employee and union people, They make working environment is very bad, some staff is good but most of take bad advantage of company policy, this is biggest challenges for management level staff, very long working hours for management people but union people leave job middle of the service very hard to handle, plz plz plz don’t join as a management level, toxic work environment…. *# I have respect for company and Hotel specily for Tata sir…...Read More
