This was the worst experience of my life. I joined Taj Landsend thinking it was a good opportunity for me to learn but it was not. Rotational shifts including nights with long working hours will destroy your health completely and the worst part is Taj Landsend is not a safe hotel for ladies as there was one incident where there was cctv / security found hidden in the ladies washroom. When the complaint went to the HR dept they asked us not to file any complaint. This is not acceptable at all. The HR dept are so bad they can go to any extent to cover up the mess....Read More

This company is not safe for work or ladies like cctv found in the ladies washroom with footage of ladies changing and using the restroom. People getting fired just because their boss does not like them. Unqualified people getting promoted. No job security. Strong union and people from non union have to adjust so that the people from union can enjoy their lives without working. Long working hours and no transparency by HR dept while hiring. Things like 3 months notice period for executives and cluster reservations setup was hidden from me. There lot of work pressure and with no learning or training....Read More
