Teammates are very supportive..I love the training session provided by the top management..but one thing I noticed that there is no career growth in this company..there is no any specific criteria on which growth is based.people working here since 5 to 15year but at the same position.. Company should work on employee's career growth also.. I worked here for 3.3year with increasing results of store .except career growth all feedback is very excellent. As a Itc intern

As a sales intern trainee in Noida, a friend told me why you joined ITC as my college project. I say to gain experience. As I interviewed for Himalayas wellness they asked me to tell me about your project with an ITC internship. I say everything but the regional manager and HR of Himalaya wellness don't hear me, being a fresher what should I do. I understand that the company wants competitive mindsets to tackle problems but the behaviour of the personnel that impacted me a lot... If someone reads this please have some sympathy with the fresher as we are new to your company..
