The company is growing but they don't give a damn about their employees. We get to learn a lot while working in a company as we get an opportunity to work with different developers at different locations so, we get to learn about the market.

Dislikes

They've made the policies but they are the one who don't follow, there's no set process. Also, they don't bother about their employees when they leave, they didn't even release the fnf(full and final settlement) properly.

I have learnt a lot in this organisation starting from how a projects starts and the strategies are implemented. Starting from sourcing to closing and different markets

Dislikes

There are a lot of things which made me leave the organisation starting from working hours there is a time to check in but no time to check out. There is a lot of partiality, favourism and politics. You will be told that it's all upto management there is nothing in our hands. When you are into sales you are not there for only salaryyou are there for incentives which was always just dream in the organisation and it's only given to the higher designation. Harsh behaviour of senior you will always be critisized you work or not if you are not there favourite. Not a place to earn and peace of mind you will be exhausted from day one...Read More

The only thing that kept me going was learning, there were no incentives shared in last 2 years, we were always informed that we'll receive our incentives however never did, through this covid situation our company had reduced our salary to 50% which was unfair because ever after company had good amount of funds they never really cared for their employees etc...Read More
