One of the worst company to work with. Every agent in presales is put on PIP for silly reason as coming late by 5 mins, No incentives at all. HR is puppet of HOD. Salary delay is normal with any intimation. No promotion no growth. Presales agent is suppose to work as sales manager

Overall a good experience good colleague supportive manager at times,worst hod pressuring Pre sales for booking which is completely dependent on sales team and not on Pre sales if you are expecting sales from Pre sales department then give them that much training as well and even on giving multiple bookings there is no scope of incentive,no job security no hr involvement at all worst environment after the new hod no scope of growth,hr should deep dive into the Pre sales department,whole floor and staffs are leaving due to unwanted pressure by hod.worst quality Miss Shir** was much better ♥️😪...Read More
